Joel Trussell has most recently completed directing Tom Hank's Electric City web feature for Six Point and then our Assassin's Creed Trailer for Cartoon Network. In his spare time Joel worked with Six Point crew on his recently completed design and direction of M Ward's new video "The First Time I Ran Away"

Joel has worked in the animation industry for over a decade. He has directed music videos for popular artists such as the Gossip, Jakob Dylan, Morcheeba, and Jason Forrest’s War Photographer, for which he won numerous awards, including the Ottawa International Film Festival's Best Music Video. He has also directed several segments for Nick Jr's Yo Gabba Gabba and commercials for clients such as Nicorette and Esurance.

Before his independent directing work, Trussell worked as an animation director in Seattle, animating online projects for clients including Disney,Napster and the band Devo.

Trussell lives with his wife, two sons and a lemon tree in Los Angeles.
